How to cancel orders before you receive your product

If you placed your order in the last 24 hours and wish to cancel it, please email: [email protected] 
with your order number, the date of purchase, your full name and address. Please also refer to the returns and refunds section.

N.B. You will find your order number on your confirmatory email.

IMPORTANT: Items are subjected to a 10% admin charge if cancellation of order is not within 24 hours of placing your order and if delivered a collection fee of £60 if the goods are not faulty.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the following items are non-cancellable, non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty):

  • Fabrics cut from a roll for any bespoke curtains or products made to order.
  • Bespoke fabrics or any item made specifically to the customer’s order that are made up in your own choice of fabric or material.
  • Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customized aspect.
  • Postage & packaging costs (if an item has already been dispatched).

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with the goods and services that you receive from our us. We will refund or exchange goods purchased from our site, as long as the following requirements are met:

Returns

We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 7 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge) or exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning good

You have seven days, from the receipt of goods, in which you can refund or exchange your order.

  • You MUST inform us that you require a refund within 48hrs of received goods.
  • Purchases are returned in good condition and in original packaging, where appropriate, unless faulty.
  • The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.

Please note that the following items are non-cancellable, non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty):

Refunds will be made to you within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods, as long as you have followed all of the procedures and timeframes above and below.

Refunds will be made to your credit or debit card only, via Paypal, commerciallinen.co.uk online payment facility. Please note, this may mean your payment is refunded into your own Paypal account, depending on your own Paypal settings.
